Please remind your children not to litter.
The playground structures are designed for the younger children. We've had to rid the slides and tunnel of graffiti again this spring and would appreciate it if the older children not use the area in a destructive manner.
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters and the like should not be ridden on the grass despite it's poor condition. We are working to improve the lawns and would like to preserve the grass that we do have.
Please remember to leash your pets at all times when outside of your unit and scoop up the poop in the common areas of the property. Pet urine on the grass and shrubbery causes burning and defoliation, please avoid allowing your pet access to these areas. City Ordinances for "scooping up poop" are applicable within the MYW complex as well.
Parking is limited to one assigned space designated by your Unit Number. Visitor spaces are limited and available to residents on a "first come" basis. If you are expecting guests, please ask them to park in the back circle visitor spaces.
Only electric barbeque grills are allowed on second floor balconies. All types of grills may be stored on or adjacent patios (one per unit) but must be moved 10' from the building when in use. All other grills (one per unit) must be placed at the back of the building near the tree line and clearly marked with your unit number. Unmarked grills may be removed by the Management Company.We thank you for your cooperation
