090507: MYW is charged for trash removal. In order to avoid increases in monthly fees, residents aggressively participate in our recycling program.
090101: Search engine support has been added.
Recently one of our residents spotted someone in the parking lot going from car to car attempting to open doors. It would appear he was looking for unlocked cars, likely to steal whatever was available. When approached, he ran and tried to enter a unit that had a ground floor air conditioner, attempting to remove the air conditioner. The police were called, the brave resident continued to pursue and the culprit hopped into a car waiting on Alice Drive near the fence at the end of Windsor. Please be safe and cautious! Although it was very brave of the resident to attempt to confront this individual, it could have been very dangerous as well. Residents should IMMEDIATELY contact the police if they encounter any suspicious activity on the property.
