Community Events
Mast Yard West Board of Directors Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month starting at 5pm at Foxfire Property Management, located at 2 Pillsbury Street #500 (5th floor) in Concord, NH. The public portion of the session is held first so please try to arrive promptly. The phone number of Foxfire is 603.228.2151.
Garbage & Recycling Schedules
Garbage and Recycling Schedules are subject to change. MYW is charged for trash removal. In order to avoid increases in monthly fees, residents aggressively participate in a recycling program. If you have questions about pickup schedules, contact Mary Hannagan at 603.228.2151 ext. 300.
Winter Parking & Plowing
Green 'N Gold Landscaping provides snow removal services for Mast Yard West. During a storm, the contractor will plow the main drive (also called Hickory Lane) on an on-going basis. Parking lot plowing will begin at 10:00 am on each day on which there is plowable snow - even if it is still snowing . The snow removal procedures are as follows:Please be warned that failure to move your vehicle by the specified time may result in your vehicle being towed from the property at the vehicle owner's expense. We need your cooperation in moving your vehicle so the contractor can work in a timely and efficient manner, and so that you and your neighbors are not inconvenienced by incomplete plowing. - Residents of Buildings 1, 3, 5 and 2, 4, 6 must move their vehicles by 10:00 am on each day on which there is plowable snow - even if it is still snowing.
- Residents of Buildings 7, 9, 11 and 8, 10, 12 must move their vehicles by 11:00 am on each day on which there is plowable snow - even if it is still snowing.
Christmas Tree Disposal
Please place your tree next to or behind any of the dumpsters. Do not place them in the dumpster or drag them into the woods. Our contractors will be picking up trees every few days during the next week. Dispose of your tree by bringing it through the slider or safely drop it from your balcony, then bring it to the dumpster. If you have to bring the tree into the hallway... please bag it first and then bring it to the dumpster.
